Preparation Steps

1) Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil in a wok over high heat.

2) Fry green curry paste for 2 minutes until fragrant.

3) Add chicken and stir-fry 3 minutes until sealed.

4) Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.

5) Add vegetables and fish sauce. Cook 8 minutes.

6) Stir in Thai basil and lime juice off the heat.

7) Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
